Delicious seasonal menus, welcoming service and plenty of festive glee, introducing Burley Manor’s Partridge in a Pantry. A nod to the classic 12 days of Christmas, this December we’re opening the door to our Pantry, so you and your nearest and dearest can enjoy an exclusive dining experience with our Executive Head Chef . There is simply no better way to celebrate the season.
Arrive at 6:30pm to a festive Christmas cocktail and cosy next to the warmth of our fire pit or the grandeur of our Drawing Room.
At 7:00pm you will be shown to our pantry, where a four course festive feast awaits, alongside a tipple or two to toast to the occasion. You will be guided through the menu by our by talented kitchen brigade, who will be able to advise on cooking techniques, wine pairings and winter’s seasonal menu.
The evening is yours to indulge in, with merry music playing and the splendour of Burley Manor as your backdrop, take in our beautiful New Forest winter setting as you retreat to the bar or drawing room.
