4pm Arrive, check in, welcome drink.
5pm-7pm introduce the barn, opening circle & Hatha Yoga (soothe session)
7:30/8pm Dinner

Saturday 5th April 
8am Rise and Shine – Tea, Juice & Fruit
9am-10:30am Hatha Yoga (Stretch and Strengthen session)
11am Brunch
12pm-4:30pm Treatments, Mindful Guided Walk – explore the New Forest, free time.
5pm-7pm Yin Yoga Immersion, a beautiful two-hour workshop session.
7:30pm Optional before dinner drinks
8pm dinner into social evening

Sunday 6th April
8am Rise and Shine – Tea, Coffee, Fruit, pastries.
8:30am-9am Deer feeding experience
9:30am-11am Hatha Yoga -Flourish and Flow & class closing circle.
11am shower, change, checkout.
12pm goodbye Sunday lunch, questions, feedback, goodbyes.
